Where most direct sales companies throw you to the wolves, Tom James gives you extensive training to make sure you're successful. The leadership team is there for you no matter what. The pay value, stock, 401K, profit sharing and healthcare is unmatched.

Cons

You build your own business from the ground up. Just like anyone who starts their own business you have to put in the time and effort to become successful. This can mean long hours!

Incredible opportunity to build wealth and net worth. People who will bend over backwards to help you and make you better at what you do. Help you build vision and become a better person while you achieve your goals. You do not need to be an incredible “sales” person to succeed here.

Cons

Have to be willing to work. Have to be willing to be coachable and learn. If you can see your failures as an opportunity to grow and are a self-starter and want to achieve something for someone else then get here now. If those things are really far from what you want or who you want to be then look elsewhere.
