Pros

If you can't find another job, keep looking!

Cons

This place is more like a cult than an employer. Notice that the CEO approval is 100%? Does that seem real or even possible with 2,500 employees? Hint: it isn't. At their semi-annual meetings they hype to company so much and ask the best boot-lickers to post glowing reviews here and other places to offset the negative reviews. That's why you see so many reviews posted just after the January and July meetings. The CEO Todd Browne is a college flunk-out huckster who is completely enamored with his own voice. He never shuts up and is always telling you how honest he is. Really? And the stock program? Just ask someone who tried to sell that crap.

Pros

Awesome people, Cool clothes, Great direct selling / Cold Calling experience, The executives are awesome down to earth people, The stock is amazing, It really is some of the best custom clothing in the world, will destroy the fear of public speaking / phone calling. End of the day the true blue truth is the job is a pyramid scheme, it is a very well thought out and successful one but the turnover rate is insane and it is very stressful, i watched two of my co-workers go to the hospital for mental health issues caused by the job and TJ pushed them to return to work. It can be great with the right people in your office or a nightmare. They will promise a lot, do not fall for it like i did.

Cons

Really Terrible People, Lies, Kool-Aid Drinking, You give up your life, No Money, Some very niche expertise you cant use anywhere else, You have to literally buy into it, Constant "drama" or rumors spreading through the company, Its a pyramid Scheme and if anyone tells you its not they either haven't realized it yet or they know it is but understand if you play by the twisted rules you can make a lot of money and have a great stock opportunity. if you do not make 85 dials a day talk to 13 people a day via phone set 5 appointments see 5 people a day you will not make enough money to survive.

A cult and an HR disaster...

Pros

The job is one that will push you to grow and learn both in your sales abilities and personal grit. I would never recommend for someone I care about but MAYBE recommend for someone that is fresh out of college but that isn’t able to be pushed around by the higher ups, influenced by the flashy trips, and poisoned by the koolaid. Basically if you are willing and able to give your soul to this company - go for it, give it at least 3.5 years, and be ready to convince your family and friends along the way why you’re satisfied with working 6:30am-5:30pm to be making 0 base and on average 13% commission.

Cons

HR NIGHTMARE! Starting with telling the girls they need to be wearing more makeup, doing their hair better, etc. to telling others they need to be wearing nicer clothes, whitening their teeth, etc. the office I was in was incredibly toxic and when going to company-wide meetings it was obvious that was acceptable within the overall culture. The top salespeople are allowed to get away with ANYTHING! Want to sexually assault women at company trips? No worries as long as your a president’s club member or above! Ask anyone how nice the number one sales person is if you’re curious about this one. Can’t afford the $2,000 clothing and equipment purchase that is ASSUMED/PRESSURED when you start? Sorry too late, chances are your manager already submitted your measurements and the clothes are being made. I can not recommend this company to anyone unless they want to go through something that will break them down, make them question their worth, and most likely end years down the road with nothing out of it other than a couple of beat up suits.
