Pros

Tom Sawyer Software's products are market leading and the data visualization space is huge right now. There are so many opportunities to satisfy other companies data vis needs and to help other software vendors improve their products. I'm really excited about the road ahead. Tom Sawyer have a superb team, particularly in engineering and it's an inspiring place to work. The work is challenging and varied. It's a great place to grow and expand your skill set.

Cons

We need to grow the company in order to meet the demand that's out there for data visualization.

A lot of growth opportunities. Work with amazing people. Belong to a company that leads its software branch. Very important customers.

Since it's a company that lead trends in its branch, is needed to move so dynamically so is needed to improve some management areas.
