Pros

I had the opportunity to work with really talented people that looks beyond the evident in big data matters. Opportunity to stay up to date in technology matters and investigate about new technologies and implementations.

Cons

Training for new employees is weak and should be improved since the software developed is really complex.

Pros

Great place to work on. Good working environment, interesting problems to solve. Great group dynamics.

Cons

There is a great lack of training opportunities, until now i did not saw any opportunity to get certificates or special technology training, but this is not so relevant since most of the staff already has the required skills and passes them to the colleagues.
