      Pros

      Management are very understanding if you are in school and can only work certain days. The employee discounts are really good compared to other companies. Management is easy to approach with concerns.

      Cons

      There are high expectations even at minimum wage. There's no employee benefits and very rarely opportunities for growth at the retail level.

      Good quality, hard-working, customer-focused HR team struggling to be effective under an ineffective leader. Pleasant environment to work in. Good canteen, plenty of social life if you want it, good team to work with ( HR). Business management appreciate HR input & partnership sometimes.

      Cons

      Weak, unethical HR lead unfortunately ties the hands of HR managers to do an outstanding job.
