Pros

The most appealing part of working at Tommy Hilfiger was the overall employee culture. It was easy to become friends and find people you have much in common with.

Cons

The biggest challenge was an incompetent manager on the premise. Although professional with the higher up employees of the company, would treat those under them much worse such as the sales associates and stock employees.

Pros

Great people to work with, not the managers

Cons

You start at minimum wage and after 1 year you will be at the same salary. No consideration for the really hard working employees. No room for advancement. Need to spend $20 for doctors note, if you are calling sick; otherwise you get a write up. 6 managers at 40hrs a week take mostly all the hours. So employees ended up having somethimes 0 hours a week, if they like you then 5hrs. For Staff meeting, employees bring their own food to share. Management would not buy even timbits for you.

I feel it is a classy store. Generous discount. Nice people to work with.

Cons

People seem to be promoted based on the company's desperaton to fill a space. Poor planning in general on.their part.
