Management and ownership are so in the dark. They assume everyone is willing to work 12 hour shifts, don’t compensate for people’s time, put work onto other people’s plates if you set boundaries, cut your hours if you’re not willing to be exploited, ownership is petty and act like high schoolers. This business is draining.

Absolutely horrible place to work. As others have said, the owners gaslight you and belittle you. They're extremely condescending. They don't listen to their employees needs AT ALL. They only care about making money. Everyone is super overworked. And forget it if you're on salary, then they'll really try to take advantage of your time and make you work for free as long as possible. They would cut other people's hours just so those on salary could fill in for them. That included doing dishes and helping with other baking projects. My mental health was destroyed here because I worked so hard for them and it went unnoticed. And then one day I saw my job listed on craigslist. They will constantly do things like that behind your back. And they love to gossip about their employees. When I got sick, the owner said I was required to come in on my days off. This place has a huge turnover rate because everyone feels used here. And I don't see things ever improving.

The manager, no days off and delayed pay checks just talk down to and just don’t care about teams!
