Pros

Free pastries, coffee and cool people.

Cons

Management is not consistent, staffing incredibly unbalanced (over staffed mid week when there is no dishwasher), constantly running out of sheet pans, mixing bowls, bread pans to the point that everyone is pulling dirty used trays off of the dish racks to reuse. No accounting for allergens (storage of gluten free intermingled with regular, storage of peanut products above others, reusing almond croissant pans etc). Tips are laughable, <$.50/day not even hourly.

Lots to learn, high-volume experience, benefits.

Cons

Wholesale orders kept increasing despite people quitting left and right. No time to train new hires. Everyone was burnt out. Staff often stays 10+ hours each day. No time to troubleshoot product quality.
