Pros

Compensation is only $17.50 per hour + commission that they only give you for about 2 months

Cons

Top Rx expect you to cold call pharmacies making over 100 calls per day. Cold calling pharmacies in the midst of business hours expecting them to make a decision to buy higher priced drugs that's always late. Pharmacies are super busy and they expect the decision makers to talk to a telemarketer. The management is not cognitive to help the sales team. They tell you when hired that you have 1 year to build clientele however they terminated me after before 90 days also i was making Exstream progress. Its only like 10 African Americans in the whole company. Again its the management that's the problem they are very out of touch with reality. The Trainer is awesome.
