Many of the sales reps didn't want to put in the time or effort and managers didn't get them out of the room quickly enough. Brought down the mood.

Pros

Company culture, TopRx covers a large percentage of your insurance premiums for the employee and money is loaded on a visa card to cover medical expenses, company celebrations are usually a lot of fun, and my co-workers are great.

Cons

Tough industry to work in right now. Hours can be long based on workload.
