Working Hours. Training was pretty good.

Cons

Management. Everyone hated them. Certain amount of breaks you can take. Meet quota for cold calling. Not a Pharmaceutical rep like job description, more like customer service. Lied by telling us they were tapping into a new west coast market, when in fact they were giving that market another try. Found that out through one of the pharmacies willing to tell me about former employees calling there. Dead end job. Quick hustle. Only long term employees are people "grandfathered" in. Just simply couldn't beat bigger companies(Competitors) prices on average, which made selling impossible.

They have a great team of associates and the company provides a life /work balance environment and good benefit package.

Cons

Since they serve pharmacies which are open 24/7, they have very few paid holidays.

Decent working hours and they can be very flexible with off time arrangements

Cons

Serious favoritism Too many chiefs not enough Indians Management wont listen unless you play golf with them Makes on the fly decisions and then pressurizes the situation by passing the buck and pointing fingers
