Pros

TopRx has a small company culture whereas the President (Scott Franklin) and COO (Mike Stavropoulos) know every associate and truly cares for each of them.

Cons

Some associates may struggle with the bigger picture and could have some legitimate complaints. But, the organization truly cares and will work with ANYONE to figure out a solution to any problem.

Company culture, TopRx covers a large percentage of your insurance premiums for the employee and money is loaded on a visa card to cover medical expenses, company celebrations are usually a lot of fun, and my co-workers are great.

Cons

Tough industry to work in right now. Hours can be long based on workload.
