Top Rx expect you to cold call pharmacies making over 100 calls per day. Cold calling pharmacies in the midst of business hours expecting them to make a decision to buy higher priced drugs that's always late. Pharmacies are super busy and they expect the decision makers to talk to a telemarketer. The management is not cognitive to help the sales team. They tell you when hired that you have 1 year to build clientele however they terminated me after before 90 days also i was making Exstream progress. Its only like 10 African Americans in the whole company. Again its the management that's the problem they are very out of touch with reality. The Trainer is awesome.

Terrible training that mostly consisted of teaching us how to use the outdated CRM. Very little help from management. Very VERY hard to get new accounts as a new sales agent, the vets that have been working there get all the good accounts and use the newbies to fish through leads.

Constant OT requests and work on saturdays, Imbalance of work load split amongst folks, Generally underpaid compared to other warehouse positions (even though this is a pharmaceutical company), Leadership seems split 7 different ways with no direction, No accountability among any higher management when poor choices are made.

Sale is tough and demanding but that is the position. Fast pace and intense position comes with more opportunity.

They appear to be nice in the interview and when you start.The manager in Credit Collections has favoritism, she MICROMANAGE to the fullest like baby sit you literally and will talk to you like you're stupid. Not only does she see your account , the other employees have access the sales teams and other managers so you are MICRO MANAGED.. and recorded phone calls .. so the job itself would not be hard it's the MANAGER.and upper management allowing it. I came in with a go get attitude which she said my smiles and confidence was FAKE , WOW.. how demonic. Truth be said RUN if you have other options make this your last. TRUST me but if you can stand Micromanaging, the smell of dog and leaving dog hair on your desk when she comes by, the smell of cigarettes and her coughing on you, STANDING OVER YOU WITH SIMPLE TASK . slick behind her back gossip.. oh yeah and you better watch what you say LITERALLY.. then this is the job for you. Her managing style had me literally, shaking with anxiety ONLY because coming from management myself I would NEVER babysit ANYONE KNOWING THAT 9 CHANCES OUT OF 10 THAT PERSON KNOWS WHAT THERE DOING..,so I kept my chill WANTING TO TELL HER WHERE TO GO!!! BUT I Didn't . I just smiled and said ok because I was waiting for my green light to EXIT...oh yeah and lunch is only 30 minutes..lol
