Pros

-Few good people in IT who can help you guide the processes. -Few good people in warehouse -I don’t see any other pros.

Cons

-Extreme micromanagement by managers will make you feel frustrated each and every day. You just can’t perform if you are being micromanaged by your manager every time. -There are few people in supply chain who will run you down in meetings. Those people are really rude. Your manager will turn a blind eye towards you. -No teamwork at all. Same people in the team will try to pull you down. No one wants to work for a larger goals. Everyone have their own egos and will work accordingly. No they are not going to help you. You are on your own. -No new ideas. Company has a specific way to work. Do your JOB. Follow procedures that’s it. A place to retire. -No celebrations at all. One of the most boring company I have ever worked (Culture Issues). -No work-life balance at all. -Lower wages than market rate, no bonuses, average benefits. -There are many good companies in Bay Area.

Pros

A few good people are still here that still care and want to do what is right. Some positions pay decent as long as you are in an office. Benefits are average to decent.

Cons

Grossly understaffed, far too much is expected out of many people. Production people are underpaid. Budgets do not exist, money promised can never actually be used. Every decision is based on month by month, quarter by quarter gross sales. More people get fired than hired in a year in order to save money and show a profit to investors. Instead of spending money on new product development to move the company forward, projects, products, and people are cut in the name of efficiency. Some people that should be fired are kept on, and ones that should be kept are let go. No efforts to attempt to retain good people when they leave on their own. Little punishment for doing wrong, little reward for doing right. No plan to move forward with anything beyond the current week. Always reactive, no planning ahead to prevent or control anything. No onsite executive leadership, no one knows who is in charge of anything, 2020 is a free for all.

Thank you for taking the time to express your concerns- we take our employee feedback seriously. Our pay practices are benchmarked on market data, and based on that we believe our pay and benefits are very competitive in Wisconsin – for all levels of employees. 2020 has been a challenging year in many respects, impacting budgets, plans, and our ability to connect with each other one to one as we have in the past. Yet despite the challenges, we remain committed to our employees and what the future holds. I invite you to reach out to your manager or the HR team so we can address your concerns.

Pros

Severe lack of organization, which means that you can skate by sometimes

Cons

If you want to learn & grow as a person, not the place for you. Tons of excuses why they can't do raises, yet you will see executives getting the "bro club" bump promoted to new title after new title all the time.
