Pros

- Good, fun, down to earth people - Company tries to make employees feel appreciated with fun activities and lunches - Casual atmosphere

Cons

- Management doesn't always know what they're doing - They tend to side with their veteran employees, which creates favoritism - No career advancement opportunities, unless you call doing more work for no more pay advancement - No increase in salary. I made $1 less per hour than someone who had been there for 13 years.

Pros

If you mesh well with the team, you will do fine. It has a very long history, some employees there since the beginning basically and you want to be careful of what you say and who you say it to. If you do it right, you'll be very well taken care of. Fun groups, lots of stories, must be able to take a joke.

Cons

If you don't mesh well, you won't last long. Either you'll be pushed out or want out. Also the company is currently unable to give a deserving SF Bay Area salary, so it can make living in that area difficult. I suggest bargaining strong with HR. If they want you, you have the upper hand.
