      Pros

      I am really enjoying my new position here at Topcon Positioning Systems. My onboarding experience was seamless, receiving a warm welcome and extensive training to help me be successful and feel confident. But what I enjoy most is the diverse and friendly group of people here, the fun company culture and the openness between management and staff. It's a great place to work and you can tell that's why so many employees stay, year after year.

      Pros

      Great cooperate culture, family oriented. They are good at doing little extra to make the employees feel appreciated.

      Cons

      Employees are not always given advance notice of overtime.
