      Pros

      This company is developing products for construction business. It will be nice place to Whomever related in the construction field and love to work in that field.

      Cons

      This company's brain is so small like a dinosaur even though there's few smart personals. I felt their management was under Japan mother company so very strict and vertical. Especially, when they lay off their employees, the company treat them like future criminals.

      Pros

      No age discriminations, A lot of older people. Rare in the bay area.

      Cons

      Not much new skills to learn. The office technology they use is very old. Your will not learn any new skill helps to find a new job in bay area. Japanese company, runs their own and weird way with a lot of experts from Japan HQ to control the business. 15days PTO plus 2 floating holidays, but you are forced to use them for one week shut down for Thanks Giving and Christmas week. HR never mentioned about this up on hiring.

We encourage employees to have discussions with their manager regarding skills and personal development as part of the performance review cycle. Our PTO policies are reviewed with new hires at onboarding- we're sorry if there was a miscommunication, and are revamping the onboarding process to improve on the experience.

      Company culture is not in alignment with their mission statement. Lack of influential leadership. HR department displays favoritism with certain departments. Little to no flexibility in work schedule. Low compensation.
