      Pros

      Great products. Company is growing and provides their employees with flexibility.

      Cons

      Still trying to operate like a small company. Not building enough infrastructure to support the company growth. Lack of process, accountability and ownership. Inability to grow and evolve due to ineffective middle management.

      Very strong product and technology portfolio.

      Cons

      Needs to execute better; failures in execution occurring due to leadership underestimating/ignoring complexity of strategic decisions and not staffing/managing accordingly. Benefits and severance poor compared to Bay Area high-tech or financial services, for example. CEO needs to start being more visible again, not just communicating through the newsletter or Exec Committee members.

      Friendly people. Informal. You make friends for life. Very human company.

      Cons

      The company has been kept in the past for many years. When someone joins that could help change the trajectory of the company for the better, the conservative group finds a way to get rid of them.
