Cons

Management is very rude, selfish, and inconsiderate. Worst job I've ever had in my life. If you want to be treated unfairly and be let down this would be the best place for you

Pros

Discounted food and free play. Decent hours. Fun atmosphere. Good co-workers. Being the person who works at the cool place in town.

Cons

Management seems.to come.and go frequently with changes every time. No consistency in work flow or management. A lot of questions don't get answered because no one knows the answer.

Pros

Topgolf really does care about their associates. It can be a great company to work for in the beginning. I've heard a lot of amazing things about how much fun all the different sites have working with each other.

Cons

Management can be a bit childish. The Hospitality managers in the North Houston location really are a bunch of trash. The site itself is nice, but the fact that no one really wants to work there, because they've gotten too comfortable with their position makes things hectic. You can't ever find a manager on the floor when you need assistance because they're (Managers) are too busy with fantasy football or facebook.
