Pros
-Opportunity to work alongside some big name customers -Some really great and hardworking (sadly overworked) people -Decent initiatives/programs around DEI
Cons
-Current Topia is a makeup of multiple acquisitions and is too reliant on “legacy” systems and processes -Very high turnover -Because of the high turnover especially within the professional services/customer success teams, you are literally thrown into the fire with zero training and enablement in order to be successful . -Lack of cross-functional collaboration (its products way or the highway) -Poor professional services leadership -Clunky implementation process resulting in poor customer onboarding experience and lost customer trust in product.
