The people at Torii are amazing, it's really a great group to work with. The leadership is really investing in the employees and investing in the growth of the company. Torii is growing quickly and the market opportunity is large.

It's so exciting to be in an environment and culture where everyone is open, transparent, kind, respectful, and solely focused on growing this company as best we can. They actually encourage you to bring forth ideas on how to improve processes and will implement them if they're indeed a good idea FOR THE BUSINESS. This is so refreshing having previously been at a large employer where all good ideas and opinions are immediately thrown in the wastebasket.

Cons

Although I love the work-from-home atmosphere, it does make it more difficult to build camaraderie with your colleagues. Also, in such a small company that is growing rapidly, the mission and road ahead is always changing, but that's part of the fun : )
