There's no substitute for working with the best and at Torii, you get just that. They are hiring some incredible people. People that challenge assumptions, bring new ideas to the table, and then execute to make those ideas real. It's an exciting and ever-evolving workplace that rewards innovation and encourages collaboration across departments. The product is also top class. As a marketing professional, it is incredibly important to the success of my efforts that the product does what it says. Customers love the product and prospects recognize its value. Leadership is also excellent. The entire leadership team is involved with the organization; addressing concerns, interacting with different departments, and casting a vision for the future of the company and the industry as a whole.
