- I made some amazing relationships while working at torrid with both employees and costumers - The discount is goid

Cons

- Management does not care to invest in anyone who is working while in school. - management does not take advantage of the experience of employees in the store - employee turnover is rapid since people don’t feel valued

Pros

Great coworkers and atmosphere, plus it was nice to always have an employee discount and special discount weekends.

Cons

The higher management system was not in sync with what the stores needed, there was no way for each store to order what was needed which lead to a constant selling out of some sizes and never selling other sizes. Despite best efforts of employees, the clearance section was always unshoppable.
