Great staff, flexible hours, amazing 40% discount at Torrid AND Hot Topic, wonderful work environment and great training.

Cons

Customer service is very important so it's easy to feel like one of those annoying employees who has to hover around customers in order to please the manager.

Flexible scheduling, knowledgable management, who are willing to help their associates succeed. New store is beyond beautiful!

Cons

So many girls were hired that we're all only working one or two shifts per week! That's not enough to support a family or do anything else for that matter.

Cons

The ups and downs of sales throughout the month can often bring employee morale down, but I always do my best to make each business count and make the most of the day.
