Good discount, can be a good team, depending on location and management. Easy job, and a good retail learning experience.

Cons

Very little hours - sometimes only three hour shifts, and can be a little slow paced at times.

Not that many shifts if you're a student or hired on as a seasonal worker and they kept you on for part-time work.

Pros

The team I worked with was friendly and tight-knit. The manager was very supportive of individual and team growth and was very empathetic andunderstanding of personal situations.

Cons

Short working hours/shifts for part-time workers made it more difficult for personal sales experience opportunities to grow with the infrequency of contact with the new promotions and opportunities.
