Pros

Possibilities for job advancement. Great focus on customer service. Some investment, but it is more on you to direct your growth and stay on managers for it.

Cons

Doesn't take employee criticism. Wanted everyone to change their style all of a sudden. It is hard to keep drama to a minimum, so keep to yourself. Upper management not involved yet always wants information. Not willing to pay you.
