I believe the company would like to be great but sometimes it's the people they hire to be in charge that will ruin it . The benefits as far a vacation sick time and a personal day is wonderful . Also health insurance . I like that they will let you clock in earlier before you shift .

Cons

They do not pay the employees good what so ever . They are more interested in opening up a store whether it's Another Torrid Hot topic Box lunch and etc. The upper management as far as DM barely knows what she is telling you . It's best to know the policies yourself . If you're looking for a career that pays well for your hard work this wouldn't be it .
