Pros

Competitive Pay and Great Employee Discount

Cons

The customers are very particular and have begun to demand discounts for every little thing. Tory products are already reasonably priced so for me this aspect became more and more irritating.

One of the better retail stores to work for

Pros

Management was very friendly and accommodating to your schedule, so long as you were still able to work the number of hours you agreed to.

Cons

Greedy company. Makes millions and won't even provide commission or let employees take part in limited in-store promotions. Also, some managers avoid confrontation.
