Pros

You work as a team and everyone there supports one another and is pretty flexible and understanding. So if you need a day off, you are sick or you have kids and personal situations, they help as much as they can and accommodate you.

Cons

Only problem i had was that i had to start as support even though i have experience in sales. So you start from the bottom up.
