Pros

Working at Tory Burch was grueling. I was very fortunate to have been hired by a wonderful manager. But when the management changed it was even more hectic and chaotic. Hard work was often unappreciated. They did give clothing allowance.

Cons

The schedule was different everyday, every week. No life work balance. They push really hard but don't really appreciate your hard work. It's never good enough.

Pros

Great staff. It was very fun to work with such beautiful merchandise.

Cons

Short staffed - there wasn't much opportunity to get someone to cover for you on short notice.
