Pros

Compensation, work life balance, opportunity for advancement is all there. The feeling that you are actually working for an individual gives you a sense of pride in the work that you do.

Cons

Honestly not many, everyone is very welcoming and warm. Upper management could be a little more approachable, otherwise no cons
