Pros

Generous discounts, (if they don't reduce or eliminate them,) decent hourly wage, popular brand.

Cons

They are eliminating sales commission and have replaced it with team bonuses, IF goals are met. Morale is very low. No incentive anymore for support to move into a sales position. Business is not what it used to be, so it is unlikely we will see many bonuses, which are low compared to individual commission dollars you can earn.. There are rumors that other benefits will be eliminated too.

Pros

There were a lot of pros working with Tory Burch throughout KC. It was great to see the market being so positive throughout the department stores of KC.

Cons

A lot of downtime, and the price range was always to high for a lot of my customers. I have to stay busy on a constant basis!
