Pros

The only thing that keeps me here is the 3% commission of every sale, and every month or two we get 60% off employee discount including outlets. Plus you get a uniform and change at work so its nice. Tory Burch's stuff is great and most of it is good quality.

Cons

Managers are very snobby Dont value the autonomy of their employees Pressure them to be aggressive and forced to sell only to get their bonus The managers will write you up even if youre one minute late, it's insane.

Pros

Seasoned management; Tory's involvement; benefits

Cons

Overworked and undervalued; too much turnover; company culture - my team was catty, exclusionary, and lacked continuity between managers despite oversight by our SVP

Cons

inside an office from 9-5 people here are either really focused on their work or super chatty a lot of women, less men
