      Pros

      There is great brand awareness, and a loyal brand following. They provide generous employee discount that extends to family members.

      Cons

      Terrible communication at the corporate level. Departments don't talk to each other and consistently send out conflicting messages. Constantly rolling out new initiatives and jumping the gun announcing changes to come, without any follow through. Regional leadership is uninspiring and demotivating.

      Pros

      Great commission and discounts. Brand has an amazing following making selling easy

      Cons

      Ipads used to ring up sales crash many times a day losing your sale and it's ancient technology is extremely slow and embarassing in front of the customer. Upper management have no Tory Burch experience and cannot help sales associates and don't relate to their struggles. Promotions from within are rare, they would rather hire someone from outside than from inside.

      Pros

      Working at Tory Burch was grueling. I was very fortunate to have been hired by a wonderful manager. But when the management changed it was even more hectic and chaotic. Hard work was often unappreciated. They did give clothing allowance.

      Cons

      The schedule was different everyday, every week. No life work balance. They push really hard but don't really appreciate your hard work. It's never good enough.
