Pros

Great employee discount and good chances to move up in the company.

Cons

The company itself is not understanding. You only get six call outs PER YEAR, even if that includes you laying in a hospital bed. I was a sales support and that position implies alot of duties, definately not worth the pay. You are undermined for all the work you do, and the bonus does not even catch up to the work. You are considered late when you clock in a minute late, even if you are stuck in traffic. Management took advantage of them being on salary pay, always walked in late and always took advantage of their office hours. Staying on computers on the busiest times of the day. Told us constantly no phones but would sit on theirs when they would be on "office hours".
