Pros

Nice people, nice environment Free coffee until they take that away Casual atmosphere They give you a free mug Employee sales for employees, contractors are left the dregs

Cons

Contractors are treated badly Not Loyal to their hard working employees/contractors Keeps contractors longer than 18 months without providing benefits Consolidating several roles into one to cut costs Too many micro-managers They DO NOT practice what they preach (Buddy Values)

Good employee discount every few months.

Cons

Work environment is very bad, buddy values are talked about but nobody truly follows them at work. Very low pay compared to market for those not on commission. Work load for back of house is very demanding for some possitions yet pay is very low compared to the market. Management has favorites, and its not open to training and helping all employees advance and grow within the company. Some employees do not want a closing shift and there's a number of employees working closing shifts all the time. There is no trust between management and employees. The yearly raise employees receive is just a few cents.

Cons

*Everyone sits on top of each other in computers lined up * pay little very cheap in salary. I got a 100 dollar increase at my yearly increase * human resource department very unprofessional. Don't value hard working employees over high management who does the bare min simply bc of title only my boss was verbally abusive and when speaking to hr about it giving written down evidence they turned their cheek
