Pros

The money is really good! I was a sales associate so I got my hourly plus my commission which was really good! They provided my wardrobe and food when needed.

Cons

They don't take the time to train there employees well! High turn over rate! Didn't have a good management team at all! Sales Associates aren't allowed to wear the same outfits. Managers show favoritism

Pros

The organization is committed to employees. Very friendly environment. It is a pleasure to work with the employees of the organization.

Cons

You can find yourself working around the clock. The environment is too liberal and many employees abuse the situation and are online browsing their social networks constantly.
