you get a work wardrobe, they have many tools for clienteling and making commission.

Cons

work life balance and the quality of merchandise is getting worse every year.

SOME lovely coworkers. Generous discounts.

Cons

The manager of the store was prone to crying spells. She lacked the skills needed to run a busy store. She was rude to staff and customers and spoke condescendingly of African Americans.

Pros

Receiving wardrobe, good atmosphere, loved working with the other co-workers, actually met corporate employees and received feedback about the store from corporate, worked my way up to receiving a base pay and commission

Very long hours (9), compared to my other jobs
