Pros

The Employee Discount is great.

Cons

Culture is toxic to say the least. Work life balance is non-existent. If you have a family this company is not for you. No respect for PTO unless SVP or above. Blurred lines, murky leadership, everyone is on edge. Leadership is focused on perception, not employees. Unrealistic expectations. Favoritism, nepotism, you need to be “connected” in some way. This company talks a good talk but in no way walks the walk.

Pros

Good benefits, good discount, if you’re full time they give you plenty of PTO (but good luck getting to use it now)

Cons

For a company that is all about Women empowerment, it’s pretty much all male driven now. Before this it was people work for people attitude and ensuring the culture, foundation and values were all at the core of any team. Now it’s all about the money. The turn over is ridiculous now. All across the board people are leaving. They are tired. There was excitement last year due to the new company president being very people and client focused but now even he is gone. Instead of embracing tenure they now try and push them out.

Pros

-Discount -Certain people/departments -PTO isn't bad

Cons

-Leadership often seems delusional in their expectations. They also have obvious favorites among executives which emboldens certain teams to treat others horribly -Brand can't really figure out what it is creating constant spin -Employee satisfaction is extremely low so the work environment is overwhelmingly negative -Pay is not great and if you don't come in at the top of a range for a salary you will have to fight for equitable pay for the rest of your time there and you certainly won't get it
