Pros

The people. Experience in a higher volume store. Experience with luxury brand. There’s bonuses, parties, employee appreciation and other things to help you feel appreciated.

Cons

Could be the people you work with. There isn’t much teamwork between stores. This is not a work place you can grow in. They rather let good people go then push them forward to better themselves.

Pros

60% off sale and beautiful product to work with

Cons

Management was a living nightmare at this company. ASM and SM were money hungry wolves who barely did any work around the store not helping sales associates with the busy season and would create unnecessary drama throughout the store resulting in tough working environments and calling HR on each other. Lower management were always younger people who were incapable of overseeing a store who also participated in creating drama and unprofessional work environment. People steal sales and do not care if they "owe" you a sale."
