Awesome discount policy, beautiful morals and ethical code, strong culture. Retail team has generous comp holidays for salaried team and amazing maternity program.

Overall direction-multiple company resets during my tenure, no clear development structure for those wishing to advance, no clear training agenda

Management not aligned to Buddy values. Zero focus on employee engagement and development Favoritism by senior management with handful of people getting opportunities all the time Greater chance of feeling isolated , neglected and under valued.
