Pros

Very entrepreneurial environment. Creative freedom as there are few standard processes throughout the company and new ideas are welcomed. Overall positive workplace.

Cons

Very little room for mobility. Standards vary from team to team resulting in very unclear expectations. Occasional long hours, work/life balance is not a priority.
