      Pros

      Amazing management and peers. Flex to work from home when needed...stable work hours, and vacation time is above average. Super friendly environment, interdepartmental collaboration and open communication with upper management.

      Cons

      Pay scale is not market. OT should be available to help balance out the long hours some people put in.

      GREAT and generous discount, bigger store so back of house functions are much better, nice company

      Cons

      So much turn-arounds with employees, people leave and people come frequently, management needs more coordination, hours are made just to be convenient to them, very little commission, not easy to move out of your current position

      Pros

      nice discount and great company values however the values do not live in the stores. Great company to work for as a sales associate but not as an AGM.

      Cons

      negative working environment, General Manager would talk poorly about the employees on the sales floor and request off was not always taken into consideration. I was not given an exit interview.
