      Pros

      Been with the company for about 4 years now. Great Company for growth. Very Positive with core values intact. The relationships you develop are great. Corporate is very hands on with further training and development.

      Cons

      Immediate Managers set their own rules. They Don't take the initiative to pat you on the back when you do something positive. Do something bad! Their on you like a hawk.

      Pros

      The company is generous with their clothing allowance. Sometimes the quality of the clothing was good which means I can still wear some pieces.

      Cons

      The constant infighting about whose customer is whose. I worked with a woman who assumed every person she said hello to was her customer and she would argue about that in front of the customer on the floor.

      Pros

      Amazing clothing allowance. Great way to make money, as Tory Burch sells itself. People go crazy for it. Especially when it is on sale.

      Cons

      Lots of "re-creating" the wheel. Lots of hypercritical things coming from upper management. They would do one thing one month, and then realize it didn't work, and then do the direct opposite the next month.
