A frustrating experience

Pros

-guaranteed hours -fun clients -discount -learning opportunity -footwear provided

Cons

-individual commission based makes for an extremely over competitive environment - plus size women get a very low budget ($125)to order 3 uniforms while men get 5x the amount ($650) and standard sized women get free tory burch uniforms valued at over $1500. -client support is one of the worst in the business. They expect us to stay to our very strict policies, but if a client calls to complain, they tell us it's our issue and to go ahead and do whatever the customer wants. It makes us look rude and incompetent at times. -lack of support from upper management

Pros

Great company values and a nice discount

Cons

Typical retail things such as working holidays, people calling out, and working under an incompetent manager who never put the schedule out on time.
