      Pros

      Fantastic sales training. Terrible company. My advice for someone wanting to get into sales, get a job here (easy, they hire anyone). Stay for the 6 months of training. Then leave for a real company.

      Cons

      Crazy high turnover. No work life balance. They try to brainwash you into drinking the coolaid. They do not care about the employee. Any chance they get to screw you over financially, they will. Promotions come with a ton more responsibility. If youre promoted youre forced to after hours and before work meetings. AND NO ADDITIONAL PAY! LOL. Again, company is a joke and they take advantage of the employee every chance they get. What company does promotions with an absurd amount of extra work and no pay!? TQL. Also, managers are constantly telling people to go on glassdoor and leave positive reviews and comments. They tell you to do it and they tell you to have your spouses do it.
