      Pros

      If you would like to look fro a shotgun with a toe trigger on a daily basis, work here. Most people in Cincinati call this place TQ-Hell instead of TQL. 60-80 weeks are required as the owner and his friends from high school (managers) are complete morons. Oh yeah, they have a nice gym...good luck using it as you are never allowed to leave your desk. Don't forget, whatever is promised won't be delivered.

      Cons

      Everything. The body rots from the head down and the upper management, mid-management are all idiots. Ken even had a CIO which was a contractor and "stole" their only competitive advantage (a very crappy internally written piece of software) and is selling it to all the sales guys who have left and started their own company. Hire someone to write your software as a contractor...duh, the contractor owns it. They are so far in dept b/c of rosey projected numbers, their poor reputation from blog posts in the industry, pirating software and now paying for it that they will be lucky to be in buisiness next year. They have zero metrics for any decision made, hence any decision which is made is a shot in the dark.
