      Pros

      Fun team outtings. They often had patio parties after work and encouraged team outtings. The health benefits were great. I barely had to pay for any doctor visits.

      Cons

      Extremely long hours, leaving before 7pm, after arriving at 745am was frowned upon. Dont even think about taking a vacation. I requested 3 days off to go to Florida with my family in October. Needless to say I was let go the week after! Their training is a joke. I was a sales coach for a previous company and their training at TQL drove me insane. No insight, the coaches failed at their jobs before and transitioned over to training.

      Pros

      It was very entrepreneurial, you needed to make it on your own and find your own customers. Company atmosphere promoted healthy living. Competitiveness between employees encourages success Gym and basketball courts in building.

      Cons

      Little salary growth unless really create good accounts Logistics is not really a rewarding field...

      Pros

      generally you work with some awesome people. Building is very nice. Potential to make a great salary while you are young

      Cons

      turnover at TQL is really high. probably close to 75% of peopl who start there are no longer there after 1 year. this is not an exaggeration. They fire people constantly and you will be under the constant threat of being fired while working there. Basically, they take 20 people, throw them into the pot and hope that 3-5 will make it. you will learn that they can actually make more money by letting people go. Training and job feedback are very poor. You work 60 hour weeks and get 4 company vacation days a year. In their defense you should know this if you start working.
