They are cutting back on everything - just fired almost all of their trainers - going to e-learning and it really isn't helpful at all. If you get on a bad team, forget it - GSM can make or break your success. Rules change often and with no warning when it comes to accounts being distributed when someone quits or gets fired - they hand accounts to brokers who have been there - some of these guys haven't rung the "new customer" bell in ages - yet they get customers handed to them. Watch your back, people try to snipe accounts like crazy.
