Pros

If you work hard and follow the training, success is highly possible and likely. The training is great

Cons

Long hours and high stress, but not really cons if you take this kind of job, just the path to success.

Pros

Great atmosphere, enough tools to give you the basic on being successful. Decent/Good pay during training. People around you are willing to help you succeed.

Cons

Sales has a lot of luck in it. It does require a lot of prospecting, hang ups, cold calling, etc. You have to have a strong work ethic, almost insane mindset to get past people yelling at you/ not wanting you on the phone. It can be very stressful getting off the ground during your first month in sales. TQL seems to really build off the work place being a frat lifestyle, and they hype up recent college grads into thinking this is the place to be through throwing numbers and the fun atmosphere there.

Pros

Aside from the culture, a solid business plan, and the earning/advancement potential, both new and tenured employees receive an excellent education in sales, management, and general business practices. This job is not sexy, and unlike many other companies at college career fairs, this job isn't made to look like something it's not. If you go into sales in any industry, it's a grind, especially for the first few years. At TQL, you have the training and management support to help you reach your true earning potential.

Cons

I've worked harder at this job than any other position in my life. This is not the type of role you take with the plan to stick around for 1-2 years, that's when your business can really take off. For anyone who doesn't think they could make a career at TQL when they start, it's a mentally tough job.
